We have successfully represented our clients’ interests in matters before the High Court at Calcutta, Commercial Courts, other Civil and Criminal Courts, and NCLT, Kolkata Bench in various proceedings.

Areas of civil litigation include all commercial causes, eviction suits, matrimonial suits, probate and inheritance matters, intellectual property matters and insolvency resolution proceedings.

We also regularly conduct and represent our clients in arbitration proceedings.
